Nicole Cabalette's transactional practice emphasizes business and real estate law and estate planning.
During law school, Ms. Cabalette worked as a law clerk with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX, Office of Regional Counsel, and with the Enforcement Division of the California Coastal Commission. She was also a legal intern with the San Francisco Office of the City Attorney, focusing on real estate and land use matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Cabalette worked in San Francisco on a variety of business law matters, including securities regulation and breach of contract disputes, with a focus on discovery-related issues.
She has volunteered with the Bar Association of San Francisco's VLSP Housing Negotiation Project, and is a 2011 graduate of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ms. Cabalette is one of four Bay Area natives in the firm.
