BONNIE LANDLES-DOWLING
Partner

Bonnie Landles-Dowling’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration. She advises her estate and tax planning clients on a wide range of issues, from the most basic – wills, trusts, and powers of attorney – to complex and high net worth estate and tax planning including special needs trusts, family limited partnerships, S-corporations, limited liability companies, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and intentionally defective grantor trusts. She regularly administers and probates estates of all sizes and appears in Probate Court throughout the Bay Area.

Bonnie began her career in 2010 at The Law Offices of Hollander & Hollander in Oakland, California, where she served clients in several Bay Area counties: Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Santa Clara and San Mateo. She joined Keegin Harrison in 2018.

During law school, Bonnie volunteered her time with the General Assistance Advocacy Project where she assisted homeless and marginally housed San Franciscans by helping them obtain and retain the public benefits to which they are entitled. She also served as a teacher’s assistant for Legal Writing and Research and as Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal. A violinist since the age of four, she helped establish “Legal Notes,” a student-run music club that gives a performance at the end of each semester. Before law school she acted as primary caregiver for her elderly grandparents, an experience that gave her heightened insight into the issues facing the elderly.

In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys gardening and spending time with family, especially her two young nephews, Austin and Charlie.
