Keegin Harrison attorneys obtain favorable judgment at evidentiary hearing.

Keegin Harrison attorneys Lynde Selden III and Alex Vahdat obtained a favorable judgment for their client after a five day evidentiary hearing before the Marin County Superior Court. Our firm’s client served as trustee of his mother’s trust, and the beneficiaries of the trust petitioned the Court to remove him as trustee. Mr. Selden, Mr. Vahdat, and their litigation team at Keegin Harrison conducted the entire evidentiary hearing on Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions and obtained a judgment in the client’s favor on every cause of action.
